We created the Serrignyssime cuvée starting with the 2011 vintage, selecting the best plots on the estate in the Savigny-Les-Beaune appellation, both for the type of soil and the age of the vines.
The wine is made from a selection of plots carefully chosen by us in the commune of Savigny-Les-Beaune :
- Aux Fournaux for 24a80
- Les Grands Picotins for 15a60
- Les Peuillets : 16a18
Exposure/location : The vines are located at the entrance to the village of Savigny-Les-Beaune with stony, clay soils.
Wine description :
- A cherry color with a bouquet dominated by black and red fruits.
- The palate is round, slightly tannic and well-balanced.
Aging potential : 5 to 10 years
This wine naturally contains sulfites.
