We created the Serrignyssime cuvée starting with the 2011 vintage, selecting the best plots on the estate in the Savigny-Les-Beaune appellation, both for the type of soil and the age of the vines.

The wine is made from a selection of plots carefully chosen by us in the commune of Savigny-Les-Beaune :

  • Aux Fournaux for 24a80
  • Les Grands Picotins for 15a60
  • Les Peuillets : 16a18

Exposure/location : The vines are located at the entrance to the village of Savigny-Les-Beaune with stony, clay soils.

Wine description :

  • A cherry color with a bouquet dominated by black and red fruits.
  • The palate is round, slightly tannic and well-balanced.

Aging potential : 5 to 10 years

This wine naturally contains sulfites.
