The wine is a blend from two plots :
- Commune of Savigny-Les-Beaune, lieu-dit Les Perrières : 13a59
- Commune of Ladoix-Serrigny, lieu-dit Commeys : 18a91
Description of the wine :
- Straw yellow color.
- A very fruity wine with citrus aromas.
- The palate is clean with a hint of acidity characteristic of the Aligoté grape variety.
Ageing potential : A wine to be enjoyed in the first year after bottling.
This wine naturally contains sulfites.
